2010... I know almost a month late but still...

We started our new years eve off at lunch with Grandpa & Grandma
and of coarse they took us to all of our favorite sushi.
Then we headed up to the cabin for some R&R, and for some fun.
We stayed up and played cards till midnight rolled around.
Then we took an night ride up to the ridge and made it back right
in time for the fire work show that Greg put on.

We started New Years Day off with a air board race. It was
so much fun. These are not just any sleds they go so freaking fast.
And the 1.8 mile ride you take down from the ridge isn't too bad either.

Our Anniversary

Jace and I were not even together on our anniversary this year.
It was really sad he was in New York studding for a test
and I was in Utah. The saddest part was that on that day we talked
to each other a few times before we remembered that it was our
anniversary. We really made up for it though when Jace got to Utah.
We left Georgia with the family and headed for the slopes. It was such a
fun day to be together and doing something we both love so much.
After we got done with that we went home traded babysitters
and went to dinner and the Jazz game.
Even though we didn't celebrate on the actually day we still had
a great anniversary. I love you Jace!
Jace snowboarding
I think secretly he hates going with a skier.
Leaving the slopes
Jazz Game, so much fun

The Gang

So I think J.C. is really lucky, because he has had the same
best friends since he was in born. These 5 boys could not be
any more different it amazes me that they are friends, and stayed
friends for so long. We have all gone crazy ways and haven't
all been able to see each other for a few years now. But this year we
were all home for a few days at the same time. So on Nates
birthday we had a little get together and retraced some of our
High school days. Man it was one of the funnest nights we
had. I forget how funny they are when they are together.
We stayed laughing all night and it made me really miss all of them.
1st step was to go to Robintino's where we spend many nights
and also many dance nights. hahaha man there Cenetta never gets old.
Then it was on up to the Sonntags to try on presents.
Dana really out did himself by making Nate a New Jazz
uniform now that his old one got retired (in a glass box and all)
The Back
All the gifts (click on the picture to see all the awesome things)And here are all of us Rick, Alli, Dana, Brandy, Bry, Me, and Nate
This is the old uniform that got retired. J.C. and Dana
gave it to him on his 16th birthday and 11 years later it was
finally retired.

You've gotta love it baby!

Oh how sweet it is... I'm not talking about there whole
season but really the game last night could have not been any
better. I am not saying that I stayed up for it since it started at
10:40 our time, but I have to give credit to Jace he stayed up
till 2 a.m. watching/ studding and said he was to excited to go
to sleep after such a big win so finally came to bed around 3:30 a.m.
and it's all for the love of the Jazz.
For Christmas we got Joe's 3rd row tickets to the Denver
game. It was so much fun to go to a game again. Thanks again
Joe and Cel this is our favorite Christmas present each year.
Also Paige and I got the best presents off all... Jazz snuggie's so
we had to take them to the game and wore them during the 1st half
(they are great for sporting events) We even made the Jumbo tron for
a really long time which was a little embarissing after the first 10 seconds.
We were also sitting kiddy corner from the Houghs and so as we were
walking out next to them asked for a quick photo opp.
I did managed to make a complete fool of myself by telling Derek I voted for
him and telling Julian I am a huge fan and I loved her.
In my defense It was getting awkward so I just blurted out something
and it just happen to be two facts that are not true.

Christmas Day...

We usually start Christmas Day around 7:00 at the cabin
and end everything that night around 9:00 in Bountiful.
Since we have 3 Christmas day's all packed into one we tend
to get really spoiled, and really tired too.

Christmas morning the kids wait at the bottom of the stairs
to see if Santa came. We were so excited that we got to share
this with Tia and her family. Georgia just loves them.
Georgia & Izzie
By 10:00 a.m. we are on the road and headed for
Grandpa Joes and Grandma Cels. Georgia got this
Blow up Jazz bear, I promise you she still hasn't let this
thing go she loves her bear and dances with it and rocks it to sleep.
Then about 4:00 it is off to Nanny and Grandpa Bob's
and of coarse getting a new baby melted my baby girls heart.
We have a big Christmas Dinner and hang out for the rest of the night.
Thank you to our parents for all the work
they put into making our Christmas day so special.
We love spending time with everyone
and are way to spoiled. We love you all.

Christmas Eve at the cabin

We spent Christmas Eve at the cabin with my family.
It was lots of fun to go snowmobiling, and Georgia loved it.
She also loved playing in the snow.

J.C. took off with us on back and he did what he usually does
when he is driving one of these.... He got us stuck
So I had to take Georgia and hike out to get on a snowmobile with Ali.

This is sad but one of the only pictures I took in the cabin.
Doesn't Georgia look happy to be with us? She wanted to be playing
and we wanted her to get in on our picture. Oh well what do you do?
The nieces and nephews loves Uncle J.C. it did help a little that
he had Mickey Mouse on his computer.

Albany's Lights In The Park...

We went to the lights in the park in Albany and as you
start they tell you to stop at the end for characters, crafts and snacks.
So being first timers we stopped and these were the
cool characters we ran in to.

A scary Sponge Bob (home made costume I am sure)
An Elmo with no hands
And Winnie the Pooh and another bear.
J.C. and I could not stop laughing, we had to get
pictures of all of them. Georgia was freaked out.

Christmas in New York

We decided to not take all our presents to Utah with us, and just
have a Christmas of our own in Albany before G and I left.
It was a lot of fun and even though Georgia got her present
months ago she still was very excited about all the things we got.
The day went just like a normal Christmas day of opening presents,
eating a good big breakfast staying in our P.J.'s all day, and playing
with the goods that we received.
This is usually what it looks like on Christmas morning with
paper and boxes and toys everywhere.
J.C. got a BYU Snuggie that is so convent cause "it gives
you the freedom to use your hands."
J.C. also got a Wii
And I got a Wii Fit and an Kitchen Aid toaster
to match the Kitchen Aid mixer I got for my birthday
a few weeks earlier.
Georgia loved the Wii Fit and just wanted to
do what we were doing and coping our movements.
I am so behind and have tonz to cover of our trip to
Utah, the real Christmas day, trips to the cabin,
New Years Eve, Jazz games and a lot of family time. Also next on
the list is the lights in the park that was in Albany...stay tuned it's
gonna be a good one.
