Jazz Night

Every year for Chrismas we get Jazz tickets from
Joe and Cel. This year since they have the new logo we
also all got hooked up with new Jazz Gear. We went to dinner
with everyone before the game.Grandma Kate even came with us
After the Jazz game we tried to take a big family pic
Ben and Linds couldn't come this year so there were two extra
tickets so Jace got to invite two of his best friends
And here are the 4 of us. This feels so funny cause I for a long
time it was me hanging out with the guys before any other
girls came in the picture, and here we are 11 years later.

Christmas at the cabin

So we always have Christmas eve and Christmas
morning at the cabin. It's getting so fun with all the kids
getting old enough to care about Santa. So Christmas eve is
usually a big event with all the our cousins and there kids but this
year was nice because it was just my mom's kids which made for a
very relaxing fun night. We got a few Christmas carols from these
kids Then the kids got to open there Christmas P.J.'s and took pic's with
Grandpa and Grandma
Christmas morning the kids came up from youngest to oldest
to see what Santa brought them
Showing Aunt Stace a new purse
All the girls got aprons from mom ( I think this was to prepare
us for the next two and a half years of cooking since mom will be gone)
The last attempt to get a pic with Grandma and all her grand kids.
After the cabin we headed to Joes house and later that night
it was off to Kathy's for Christmas Dinner and presents.
It always happens that Paige is snapping pics so I don't even think
of getting my camera out so when I do get those pics from Paige I
will post the rest of our Christmas fun.

To Daddy

So it's no secret that G is a total daddy's girl but the last few
days she has been saying the cutest things about him.
So Yesterday we were driving in the car and G and I were talking
about Paige's up coming wedding. Here is how it all went down.
Me: Paige was going to marry Bunkle like Mommy married daddy.
G: Gunner get married too
M:Who is gunner going to marry?
G: Lilly (Grandpa Joe's dog)
Then she said
G: mommy I get married too?
M: Who are you going to marry?
G: I marry Daddy silly goose.
Of coarse she is going to marry daddy because he is her prince
and I love how much she loves her dad.
Then today she was saying prayers and she said
" bless daddy at school, daddy is my best friend, I love daddy"

Cabin Lovin'

We went up to the cabin for 4 day's before Christmas G loved
it. Every morning she would sit by the window with Grandma
and feed the birds, squirrels and other animals. And every day she made dad take her out to sled

Poor Jace had to carry her up the hill like this every time
Then they made the cutest snowman you have ever seen
Georgia spent a lot of time on the ground like this because
she didn't have snow boots yet and her shoes were slippery
She was so excited about the finished product.
But maybe her favorite thing was to ride around in the little
cat cutter. Daddy had to take her on ride, after ride, after ride.
Even into the night she wanted to ride. The nice thing is that
you could pile her with blankets
Then Kaylie got in on the action

Nail Party

I love that Jace will sit and do his daughters nails. Look
how happy he makes her.

Temple Square 1st Timer

This year we made it a point to get to Temple Square for
Georgia. She has never been and she has been obsessed with
lights. In New York not many people hang lights so when we
got to Utah G was in heaven, then we took her to the temple
and she was so excited she couldn't believe all the lights. We got
there about 5 minutes before the lights came on and I wish
I would have recorded her reaction when they came on she was
so excited jumping up and yelling
" Loot at lights mom, wow pretty, look dad look"Before the lights came on

You could not wipe that smile off her face

Guess we will now be making it a yearly event to attend the
lights at temple square for G's sake.

5 Years

Jace and I have been married for 5 years and I can't believe it.
The sad part is we have only spent 2 of our 5 anniversary's together.
But we always make up for it later. So this year Jace suprised me
and took me on a hot date first dinner at the Log Haven
(which is special to us we use to celebrate our anniversay there in H.S.)
and then took me to a bed and breakfast for the night. We had so
much fun and it was such a good suprise for me I loved it, and I love
him so0000 much. What a fun night of just the two of us.
The only two pics we took were after dinner and then the next
day leaving the bed and breakfast.
I love you Jace!!! Here is to 5 more great years.

Catching up...Utah here we come

Georgia and I went to Utah on Dec. 14th. Georgia has become such
a good travel buddy. She is so good as long as she has
some coloring books, can watch Mickey Mouse and play with her
baby, I am amazed how well she does because it takes us a good 8 to
10 hours of traveling to get to Utah . One of the first things we did when we got there was went
to Tangled with my mom, sisters, and all the kids. I was a little
worried about Georiga but she LOVED the movie and had so
much fun with her cousins.
the whole group
We went to Utah a little early so we could celebrate Jims retirement
We got to attend some parties in honor of Jim. It was fun to see how much
people love him. Here Stacy and I are trying to control
our wild kids at the lunch. I also just want to mention that at one
point I couldn't find G so I go looking for her and found her in the owner
of the banks office playing on his computer.
(I just hope she was transferring money into my account.)
Part of the family
We also got to go to Gray's birthday party. G was in heaven
at a Gymnastics place. She got to do the two things she loves the
most and didn't have to move on to other things.
G's first love in Gymnastics is the trampoline.
And then the bars. She had so much fun with her cousins playing
around and not having to go to the next station.
