Introducing the Bowl Doggs...
Andrew, Lindsey, J.C. and Me are starting
in a bowling league Monday and
we can't wait. We will have uniforms so stay tuned for pic's
when we get them. We had our fist official practice tonight and I
have to say we are going to be tough to beat.

I wish I could be a bowl dogg. You know my team took first place on my college bowling team. I can't wait to see the Uni's.
i can't wait! I thought I better study up on my bowling lingo now that we are going to be in a league...so here are some terms:
five bagger - five straight strikes (aka tiana on the 10th frame)
kingpin - strictly speaking, the 5-pin, because its action is usually the key to knocking down more pins. (I think this is what I was supposed to be aiming for the whole night and didn't)
lofting - throwing the ball onto the lane instead of rolling it
messenger - a pin that rolls across the lane late, after all of the other action has taken place (JC you are the master of the messengers!)
tap/burner - expression for a pin left standing on an apparently perfect hit. (i hate when that happens)
and finally, yank the shot - to hold onto the ball too long, thus pulling it across the body before release.
GO BOWLDOGGS!
I love this Idea. I've been trying to get ryan to join a league forever. He won't because he's embarassed of my athletic prowess! Can't wait to see your outfits.

I love it! I will take you, TJ, Beau and Laura all on! I rock at bowling! I don't even need uniforms to be cool. I elude coolness in my form.
